Baking is my passion!  As a teenager in Puerto Rico, I would thumb through my mom's and grandmothers' cookbooks and attempt every recipe.

After being an attorney for several years, I stopped practicing to focus on raising my family.  The opportunity to bake for others presented itself and I haven't stopped!

Chef Moraima currently resides in Fort Worth, Texas with her husband, daughter, and two sons. She is passionate about her family and bringing happiness to others, one slice at a time.
